Situated along a scenic hill in Höchberg, Germany, the exterior architecture playfully marries its modern form and green roof with its surrounding hills and agriculture. The 1st floor lays nestled within the side of the hill. Inside, the common area is flocked with high ceilings and an open floorplan that is inviting and spacious to all who enter. Cascading past the natural exposed wooden beams, a ceiling-mount fireplace makes a dramatic entrance into the Living Room.
Joining the floors is a modern staircase dressed with concrete steps surrounded by linear lines of metal, wire and wood. On the 2nd floor sits a studio loft that overlooks the downstairs interior and into the spectacular view of the backyard. The Master Bedroom opens up to the fresh air and onto an intimate backyard patio.
